RecycLiCo annual meeting materials have been filed and mailing has begun ahead of the battery materials company’s November 17, 2026, shareholder meeting in Delta, British Columbia.

The meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Vancouver time on Tuesday, November 17, in the board room at 110 - 7858 Hoskins Street, Delta. Registration for a Zoom link is also available.
Shareholders have until 1:00 p.m. Vancouver time on Friday, November 13, to vote their shares. RecycLiCo’s board unanimously recommends voting in favor of all proposed items outlined in the management information circular.

RecycLiCo said it specializes in processing mined ore and upcycling lithium-ion battery materials. Its processes recover lithium, cobalt, nickel and manganese from end-of-life batteries and manufacturing scrap.
