How to use this research workspace

Compare the exposure, then the fund

An ETF is a traded investment vehicle; an index is a benchmark calculation. They are different instruments. Start with the exposure label, open the issuer reference, and review the fund's objective and risks. The directory includes broad equity, small-cap equity, government-bond and gold exposures. It does not rank funds or show a calculated investment score.

Look across sectors

The sector group uses 11 US Select Sector SPDR ETFs as research instruments. Selecting a sector fund gives a focused slice of the market; it does not represent a globally diversified stock portfolio. Compare several sectors with a broad-market fund, and read the issuer's documents to understand each fund's scope.

Keep units and quote sources in view

The index group uses provider reference CFDs, which can differ from cash benchmark levels. ETF share prices, index references and currency pairs have different units. Separate chart scales are not normalized total returns. Currency pair codes identify the quote source; these are provider quotes, not a single global exchange price. Check the provider's displayed time and market status before interpreting a move.

Build a repeatable research path

Filter the directory, select two or four instruments, then open the comparison inside FinanceVelix. Add a symbol to your watchlist to return later. Comparison selections are public symbols stored in the address, while account watchlists stay separate. Changing the site language preserves the selected group and comparison symbols. Search filters stay only in this page's memory.
