Godrej Properties pre-sales could reach a record ₹41,500 crore in the financial year ending March 2027, above the developer’s ₹39,000 crore guidance, Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej said. The outlook depends on sales in the second half and follows what he described as strong housing demand.

He said demand was strong across the company’s new and ongoing residential projects. Bookings from ongoing projects rose 83% year over year to ₹5,054 crore in the September quarter.
