Tokenized notes issued by Mirae Asset Securities’ Hong Kong arm have been placed with institutional investors on the Solana blockchain. The six-month, floating-rate securities were issued under a $3 billion structured note program, the company announced on October 28, 2026.

How the tokenized notes were issued

Singapore-based Marketnode served as an authorized distributor. Mirae Asset Securities used its own digital infrastructure to handle token issuance, payments and ongoing administration of the notes.

The $3 billion figure refers to the broader structured note program, not a disclosed amount raised in this transaction. Mirae Asset said the transaction could serve as a model for distributing other structured products through blockchain-based channels.

Marketnode’s blockchain infrastructure

Marketnode’s Gateway platform supports Solana, as well as the issuance and servicing of tokenized structured products. The company outlined those capabilities in its 2025 Gateway compatibility update. The available information does not establish whether Gateway was used for the Mirae transaction.

Mirae Asset Securities is part of South Korea’s Mirae Asset Financial Group. In July 2026, an affiliate acquired a controlling stake in crypto exchange Korbit, which has since been rebranded as Digital X.
