EAC Manila campus remains closed

The college implemented synchronous classes following the suspension of in-person instruction. It did not give a reopening date in its advisory.

“The safety and well-being of our students, employees, and visitors remain our top priority,” the college said. It described the closure as a precaution while assessments and safety measures were undertaken.

Students, faculty and staff were advised to monitor EAC Manila’s official communication channels for further announcements.

Other university threats

The evacuation followed bomb threats at the University of Santo Tomas and De La Salle University earlier in the same week.
