The Kavya Maran wedding reception for the Sunrisers Hyderabad CEO and music composer Anirudh Ravichander is scheduled for November 21, 2026, in Chennai. Her parents, Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran and Kavery Maran, have begun inviting prominent guests.

The couple’s wedding celebrations are reportedly being planned as a private, two-day event in Greece on November 10 and 11, with close family and a select group of friends expected to attend.

The Chennai reception is expected to draw guests from politics, business and entertainment. An invitation circulating online was designed by Ranjani Iyengar of Pink Whistle Man and features a Baroque-inspired keepsake box and a vintage-style crest seal.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s office confirmed that he had been invited after meeting Kalanithi and Kavery Maran in Hyderabad.

The family also approached Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. Other reported invitees include Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. An invitation does not confirm that a guest will attend.
