Huayan Robotics plans to exhibit manufacturing automation systems and components for humanoid robots at Robotworld 2026, which runs from November 4 to 7 at KINTEX in Goyang, South Korea.

Key Takeaways

  • The planned exhibit covers welding, palletizing and CNC machine tending.
  • The company will also display a seven-axis humanoid robotic arm and motion components.

Huayan Robotics plans three automation displays

The company said its welding system uses the E12-Pro collaborative robot, which has a 1.8-meter reach, with a dual-axis positioner for access to large and complex workpieces. Laser seam tracking and automatic path correction are designed to reduce manual adjustments.

A palletizing system aimed at consumer goods manufacturing, food processing and warehouse logistics will feature S Series robots with payload capacities of up to 60 kilograms. The system also uses vision-assisted positioning and configurable pallet patterns.

For CNC machining, Huayan plans to show Elfin and Elfin-Pro collaborative robots that automate machine loading and unloading. The company says the robots can improve cycle times by up to 50%, with a maximum reach of 1.8 meters and protection ratings of up to IP66.

Humanoid arm and motion components

The planned seven-axis arm is designed for humanoid and other embodied robotic platforms. It combines full-joint force control, internal cable routing and native ROS 2 support, with open development interfaces for integration with other hardware and software.

Huayan also plans to display humanoid joint modules, frameless motors and high-precision XYZ motion stages. Its exhibit will be in Hall 5, Booth I 05.
