How Omnichat funding will be used

Omnichat said it will use the capital to scale its agentic AI platform, deepen research and development on its Omni AI Agents and expand beyond its existing Asia-Pacific footprint.

Founder and CEO Alan Chan said the investment supports the company’s transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce. The announcement did not disclose individual investor contributions or a valuation.

What the AI agents do

Omnichat launched its suite of AI agents in 2026. The tools are designed to help businesses create messaging campaigns, recommend products, process orders and respond to customer enquiries in chat. A separate agent, OmniClaw, tracks customer behaviour, chat trends and store-level revenue attribution.

The company said use of its Marketing Agent by brands tripled over the same two-month period following OmniClaw’s June launch. Its platform operates across messaging and social channels including WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram and WeChat.

Omnichat said it has helped 5,000 clients generate more than $100 million in revenue. It named Dyson, FILA and Watsons among its clients.
