The WareMatch advisory board has added three executives with experience at Shopify, JLL and Groupe Dynamite to help guide the logistics marketplace’s product development and international growth.

WareMatch advisory board appointments

WareMatch announced the appointments of Maia Benson, Guy Gueirard and Max Boyer on October 26, 2026. They will work with co-founders Ryan Kalisky and Ben Toulch and chief technology officer Rahul Bains on the company’s product strategy and growth.

Benson, a former global head of shipping and fulfillment at Shopify, will advise on product and commercial strategy. Gueirard, a logistics growth lead at JLL, will advise on international expansion and product strategy. Boyer, a former chief digital officer at Groupe Dynamite, will help shape WareMatch’s digital strategy.

Marketplace targets international growth

WareMatch connects shippers and ecommerce brands with third-party logistics providers. Its marketplace lets customers compare providers and receive competing bids, while providers can market their capacity and seek new business.

The company said the advisers will support adoption among brands and logistics providers and help with planned expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. The announcement did not give an expansion timetable.
