Rekor Systems said on October 27, 2026, that Nasdaq had granted it a six-month extension, through April 26, 2027, to regain compliance with the exchange’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement.

Rekor Systems shares remain listed

The company said it received written notification of the extension from Nasdaq. Its common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol REKR.

The extension gives Rekor more time to regain compliance; the company did not say in its announcement that it had already met the minimum bid price requirement.

What the company does

Rekor develops AI-powered roadway intelligence and technology for transportation, public safety, video and sensor networks. Its customers include government agencies, transportation authorities, commercial customers and technology partners.
