Blue Dart parcel service International Parcel Connect launched on October 26, 2026, offering cross-border business-to-consumer shipping for Indian e-commerce firms and small and medium-sized enterprises. The service starts with deliveries to the United States.
Blue Dart parcel service begins with US
Blue Dart Express said the service supports eligible consumer parcels weighing from 50 grams to 11 kilograms across categories.
The company plans to extend the service progressively to other markets, including the UK, European Union countries, Canada and Australia. It did not provide a timetable for those additions.
Positioning for Indian exporters
Chief Commercial Officer Dipanjan Banerjee said sellers have often had to choose between premium-priced express delivery and lower-cost postal shipping. He described International Parcel Connect as bridging that gap.
Banerjee estimated India’s business-to-consumer e-commerce exports at around $2 billion.
