Fusion Five AI plans are expanding after LQR House said on October 26, 2026, that a subsidiary had signed a supplemental agreement providing the brokerage access to several OpenAI GPT models. The company intends to evaluate the models as it develops its AI-enabled platform.
Key Takeaways
- The agreement raises the ceiling on AI computing resources available under an October 19 arrangement.
- A 40% discount applies to purchases totaling $3 million to $5 million over the agreement’s life; a 30% discount applies below $3 million.
- LQR House said the benefits will depend on implementation, testing and performance.
What the Fusion Five AI agreement covers
LQR House said its subsidiary YHC AI Limited entered the supplemental agreement for use by group company Fusion Five Continents Securities Limited. The company identified the models as GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, GPT-5.6 Luna and GPT-5.6 Sol.
The supplemental agreement builds on an AI computing resources arrangement announced on October 19. It increases the amount of OpenAI computing resources available under that arrangement, although LQR House did not specify the new ceiling.
A multi-model brokerage platform
The OpenAI access follows a June 2026 agreement with a ByteDance group company to incorporate its AI models into Fusion Five’s platform. LQR House said it aims to use technologies from different providers for financial research, quantitative analytics and portfolio optimization.
CEO Leo Chen said the company intends to bring the capabilities together as it develops a brokerage experience connecting research, portfolio analytics and investment execution. LQR House cautioned that the anticipated advances are not assured.
Fusion Five provides access to US and Hong Kong equity markets and accepts USDT deposits to fund securities trading, with settlement facilitated by a licensed trust company and subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
