Braiin said on October 26, 2026, that it had launched Force AI, an orchestration layer for its RADIUS AI contact center platform that lets customers use multiple artificial intelligence models. The expanded suite is available globally for cloud, on-premises and hybrid deployment, the company said.
Key Takeaways
- Force AI supports cloud-based and open-source models, allowing customers to switch providers.
- The RADIUS suite includes tools for autonomous customer service, agent assistance and interaction analysis.
- Braiin said performance figures from selected deployments are indicative and may vary by customer.
What the RADIUS AI expansion adds
Force AI is designed to coordinate AI tools across customer service channels, including voice, chat, messaging, email, social media and video. Braiin says customers can use models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, or run open models on their own premises.
The company says the platform can ground answers in a client’s own information and automate workflows such as customer relationship management updates. It also lists personal data masking, auditing and data governance among its features.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| AI Engage | Autonomous agents handle customer requests and escalate to a human when needed. |
| AI Assist | A co-pilot provides human agents with contextual information and workflow guidance. |
| AI Insight | Analytics tools examine interactions and operational data for trends and performance gaps. |
Deployment and performance limits
Braiin said RADIUS AI capabilities are already live with enterprise and public-sector clients, including a government agency in Malaysia and retailers in India. The company did not identify the clients by name.
RADIUS handled more than 4.5 million customer interactions with 99.9% uptime in the 12 months ended March 31, 2026, Braiin said. Those figures describe the platform’s past operation, not a forecast for the newly expanded suite.
The company cited up to 60% self-service containment for routine inquiries using AI Engage and up to a 30% increase in first-contact resolution using AI Assist. It said those figures were observed in selected client deployments and that results vary by client, channel mix and implementation.
