Knack Packaging earnings rose in the September 2026 quarter, with net profit increasing 25% to ₹25 crore from ₹20 crore a year earlier. Revenue climbed 53% to ₹295 crore from ₹193 crore, supported by higher volumes and better prices.

Knack Packaging earnings and cost pressures

The maker of printed and laminated woven polypropylene packaging reported higher earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization, or EBITDA, in absolute terms. However, its EBITDA margin declined slightly from a year earlier.

Higher input costs weighed on the margin, including polymer price inflation linked to crude oil and increased freight costs associated with Red Sea disruptions.

Price revisions and expansion plans

Knack Packaging said it had revised prices to pass on higher input costs. It expects the adjustments to be reflected in realized prices from the third quarter of fiscal 2027 onward, subject to market stabilization.

Chairman and Managing Director Alpesh Tulsibhai Patel said growth was supported by operations in domestic and international markets and strong customer relationships. The company plans to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and invest in capacity, innovation and sustainability.
