FasTreat virtual care has recorded more than 28,000 completed appointments and clinical consultations since its July 2026 launch, the Canadian mental health platform said on October 26 as it announced a continued expansion of services.

Key Takeaways

  • More than 9,000 members have entered ongoing care, according to company data.
  • Availability varies by province, clinician capacity and individual clinical needs.

How FasTreat virtual care works

Eligible patients complete digital questionnaires before meeting by video with a Canadian clinician licensed to practise in their province. The clinician reviews symptoms, medical history and daily functioning before discussing next steps.

Those steps may include behavioural strategies, psychological support, medication when clinically appropriate or a referral for further evaluation. A diagnosis or prescription is not guaranteed.

Services and expansion plans

FasTreat offers ADHD assessment and ongoing care to eligible patients aged six and older. Eligible adults can also seek assessment and ongoing care for anxiety, depression, insomnia and OCD.

The company plans to add service areas progressively as provincial licensing coverage and clinical capacity expand. It did not provide a timetable.

In company-collected feedback reported in October, 88% of respondents said their symptoms improved during their first month of ongoing care. The finding was self-reported, has not been independently verified as a clinical outcome and does not predict individual results.
