The hotel has accommodated guests during Association of Southeast Asian Nations-related engagements in Cebu, where large-scale hospitality operations can involve a range of cultural and dining requirements.

Recognition and location

The hotel has held CrescentRating accreditation since 2025 and accreditation from the Philippines’ Department of Tourism since 2024.
