Haus Talk expansion plans include the proposed acquisition of two properties in Batangas, Philippines, that would add approximately 16 hectares and more than 1,500 homes to its development pipeline. The acquisitions were proposed, not completed, as of October 2026.
Haus Talk expansion targets two Batangas sites
The properties are in San Roque, Sto. Tomas, and San Rafael, Malvar. They would extend the developer’s presence beyond its established markets in Rizal and Laguna.
Haus Talk plans economic housing under BP 220 for the 9.93-hectare Sto. Tomas site. The nearly 6-hectare Malvar property is intended for the mid-market segment under PD 957.
Construction timeline
Construction is targeted to begin over the next three to five years. The planned homes form part of the company’s development pipeline rather than completed housing.
Francis Madlambayan, Haus Talk’s head of corporate planning and investor relations, said the expansion builds on the company’s experience developing communities with practical designs and attainable pricing.
