Terex earnings outlook for 2026 narrowed on October 28, as the industrial equipment manufacturer forecast adjusted earnings of $4.80 to $5.00 per share and raised the lower end of its revenue guidance.
Terex earnings outlook and revenue forecast
The new adjusted earnings range compares with the company’s previous forecast of $4.70 to $5.10 per share. Terex now expects full-year revenue of $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion, compared with its earlier range of $7.8 billion to $8.2 billion.
Both ranges are narrower: the earnings forecast has a higher lower end and a lower upper end, while the revenue forecast has a higher lower end and an unchanged upper end. Terex based its outlook on third-quarter performance, backlog visibility and synergy realization.
Share repurchases and results call
The board authorized a new $500 million share repurchase program, bringing the total amount available for repurchases to $611 million. An authorization does not mean the shares have already been bought.
Terex had scheduled a third-quarter results conference call for 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on October 28, as set out in its October results call filing. Shares traded at $48.68 in pre-market trading that day, down $1.07, or 2.15%.
