Garmin guidance for fiscal 2026 increased on October 28, as the company raised its revenue and pro forma earnings forecasts following a 12% rise in third-quarter sales.

Garmin guidance for 2026

Garmin now expects approximately $8.15 billion in full-year revenue and $10.80 in pro forma earnings per share. In July, it forecast approximately $8.05 billion and $10.00 per share.

The forecasts are management guidance, not completed results. In its third-quarter results and outlook, Garmin said its revised forecast reflected performance in the first three quarters and a positive outlook for the rest of the year.

Quarterly profit and sales rise

For the quarter ended September 26, revenue reached $1.99 billion, up 12% from a year earlier. Net income rose to $541.66 million, or $2.80 per diluted share, from $401.62 million, or $2.08 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

Pro forma earnings were $2.76 per diluted share, up 39% year over year. The pro forma figure is a non-GAAP measure and differs from reported GAAP earnings.

Revenue grew in Garmin’s fitness, outdoor, aviation and marine segments, while auto OEM revenue fell 20%. Garmin shares rose 0.99% to $292.20 in premarket trading on October 28.
