Raised outlook and traffic pressures

Fiverr said it raised its 2026 guidance after third-quarter results exceeded its prior forecast. The company attributed the strength primarily to its services segment, including AutoDS and e-commerce expansion, alongside expense management.

Management said those positive factors were partly offset by ongoing marketplace demand and search-traffic headwinds. It expects the shift from traditional search to AI-driven discovery to cause a steeper decline in marketplace traffic through 2027 than previously anticipated.

Fiverr also expects lower operating expenses year over year in 2027, but said demand and traffic pressures would put downward pressure on its adjusted EBITDA margin.

AI investment and leadership change

Fiverr said it is investing in its platform, including talent matching and the expansion of its Mira AI headhunter. The company says Mira's talent-shortlisting process turns a customer's requirements into a job description, contacts relevant talent and provides a shortlist.

Chief Business Officer Jinjin Qian stepped down after deciding not to relocate to Israel. Fiverr said the search for an Israel-based successor was well advanced. CEO Micha Kaufman and CFO Esti Levy-Dadon are overseeing operations in the interim, with Levy-Dadon taking on an expanded operational role.

Next milestone

Fiverr plans to provide full 2027 financial guidance when it reports fourth-quarter results in 2027.
