XCMG Machinery outlines business priorities

Shen Yan, chair of XCMG Machinery's labor union, accepted the ranking certificate at the summit and discussed corporate competitiveness with other participants.

XCMG said its priorities include higher-end products, intelligent technologies, green development, global operations and service-oriented businesses. The company described these as continuing areas of development rather than newly completed initiatives.

ESG and employer recognition

XCMG said it was again included in Fortune China's ESG Impact List in 2026 and was the only construction machinery company on that list. It cited green manufacturing, new-energy solutions and low-carbon supply chains among its sustainability efforts.

On October 20, the company was recognized in both the annual best employer and best employer for ESG practices categories of Forbes China's 2026 Best Employers selection. It was XCMG's second consecutive annual best employer recognition.
