The Syncron partnership with IT consulting firm conet has expanded to cover sales, implementation and support of Syncron’s aftermarket software across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the companies announced on October 27, 2026.
Key Takeaways
- conet is now a certified Syncron value-added reseller, with a core focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- The agreement extends conet’s Syncron practice from parts pricing into service parts planning.
What the Syncron partnership covers
Under the agreement, conet can sell, implement and support Syncron solutions across EMEA. Its work will include local consulting, certified implementation and ongoing support for manufacturers.
The expanded arrangement brings service parts planning alongside conet’s existing work in parts pricing. The companies said engagements are intended to address measures including service margins, fill rates, price realization and working capital performance.
Focus on manufacturers’ aftermarket operations
The partnership is aimed in part at manufacturers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where the companies say revenue from equipment already in use is becoming more important as new equipment sales face pressure. The German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association has forecast a further decline in German machinery production in 2026.
conet Chief Executive Officer Martin Wibbe said the reseller role would allow the company to work with customers from initial pricing and inventory strategy through implementation. Bonn-based conet has roughly 2,050 employees across 23 locations.
