The SPACCircle IPO was priced at $10 per unit for an offering of 10 million units, or $100 million in total. SPACCircle Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, announced the pricing on October 26, 2026, and expects the offering to close on October 28.

SPACCircle IPO unit terms

Each unit contains a Class A ordinary share, a redeemable warrant and a right to receive half of a Class A ordinary share when an initial business combination is completed. Each warrant allows its holder to buy one Class A ordinary share for $11.50.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 1.5 million additional units at the same $10 price to cover any over-allotments.

Trading symbols and acquisition plans

The units will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under SCQCU. If the securities begin trading separately, the shares, warrants and rights are expected to use the symbols SCQC, SCQCW and SCQCR, respectively.

The company intends to combine with one or more businesses through a transaction such as a merger, share exchange or acquisition. The offering has been priced, but its expected closing remains a future step.
