Four Indian expatriates have each won a 200-gram, 24-carat gold bar in Abu Dhabi’s Big Ticket October weekly e-draw. The Big Ticket winners were announced on October 26, 2026.

Big Ticket winners and their prizes

Each gold bar was valued at approximately AED 96,500, or ₹23 lakh, at the reported market rate. The winners were Aruna Krishnappa Kidiyoor, Jijoy Viswan, Sadathulla Sharief and Manisha Harshal Kasat.

Kidiyoor, a 45-year-old office worker who has lived in Bahrain for 23 years, began entering regularly with friends about four months ago. Kasat, a 30-year-old freelancer originally from Mumbai who lives in Sharjah, entered the draw independently.

Plans for the winnings

Viswan, 51, works in the contracting industry and has lived in Sharjah since 2007. He typically buys tickets with a group of five to 10 people and plans to share the prize with them, save part of his share and support his wife and children in India.

Sharief, a 51-year-old civil engineer from Bengaluru who lives in Dubai, has not decided what to do with his gold bar. Kidiyoor and Kasat have also not decided how to use their prizes.
