RiskVantage AI introduced RiskVantage Negotiate on October 26, 2026, saying the enterprise contract negotiation platform is live and can run in a company’s private cloud or on its own premises.

Key Takeaways

  • The platform uses company rules to assess clauses and language models to read and draft text, RiskVantage says.
  • Two additional modules for acquisition due diligence and contract integration remain in development.

How RiskVantage Negotiate assesses contracts

The Chicago-based company says its platform uses a knowledge graph built from a company’s negotiating positions to assess contract risks. Language models read contracts and draft language, while each finding identifies the rule applied, according to RiskVantage.

Teams can set preferred positions, acceptable fallbacks and walk-away points. An automated configurator can also build a risk profile from existing contracts and policies, but positions remain marked as unreviewed until a person confirms them.

Available features and testing

The live platform covers intake, clause review, redlining, counterparty exchange and signature. Features include browser-based Microsoft Word compatibility, an audit trail and integrations with enterprise systems. Supported contract types include SaaS agreements, nondisclosure agreements and software licenses.

RiskVantage said internal testing found that the platform reduced first-draft issues by 60% compared with manual review. The announcement did not provide details of the test’s size or methodology.

M&A modules remain in development

RiskVantage Diligence, intended to analyze acquisition data rooms against a buyer’s baseline, and RiskVantage Integrate, designed to plan the alignment of acquired contracts with a parent company’s agreements, are still in development. The announcement did not give release dates.

The company said it would demonstrate the live platform at the Dubai AI Festival on October 26 and 27, 2026.
