Brigade Group has signed agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop two Hyatt Regency Bengaluru hotels, expected to add a combined 600 rooms to Brigade’s portfolio in the city. The agreements were announced on October 26, 2026.

Hyatt Regency Bengaluru locations

One hotel is planned at Brigade Global Park, within a 25-acre integrated advanced engineering and business ecosystem. The other is planned for Brigade’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road.

Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, a Brigade Group entity, signed the management agreement for the Global Park hotel. No opening dates were specified for either property.

Global Park hotel plans

The Global Park property is planned to have around 350 guestrooms and suites, approximately 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and multiple dining options for business and leisure travelers.

Nirupa Shankar, joint managing director of Brigade Enterprises, said both hotels would form part of larger integrated developments combining multiple asset classes. She said the agreements continue Brigade’s association with Hyatt.
