What the SHINELONG Innovation Center offers
SHINELONG said the center brings together equipment displays, project technical support, warehousing and logistics. It is intended to help catering and hotel clients work through decisions from initial kitchen planning to project delivery.
A design area provides space to discuss floor plans, workflows, equipment configurations and water, power and gas connections. A central kitchen experience area is intended to let customers assess whether equipment suits their operations.
The company said it is planning scenarios covering hot kitchens, baking, supermarkets, food processing, and cleaning and recycling. It has also planned a Kitchen Experience Day for professional clients, covering subjects from cooking and kitchen design to installation and maintenance.
Further facilities planned through December
The opening marks the start of the center’s construction and operation, rather than completion of every planned area. SHINELONG expects construction of a laboratory, sample development area and engineering demonstration area to begin in November, with other hardware improvements scheduled to continue in December 2026.
Founded in Guangzhou in 2008, SHINELONG supplies commercial kitchen equipment and provides planning, design, installation support and after-sales service. The company said it has delivered more than 8,000 kitchen projects to clients in over 150 countries and regions.
