Raymond Realty said on October 26, 2026, that it had raised ₹210 crore from ICICI Prudential Real Estate Development Fund to finance a redevelopment project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

How Raymond Realty will use the investment

In a regulatory filing, the company said its subsidiary Ten X Realty West Ltd had agreed to secure the ₹210 crore investment from the fund. Raymond Realty and the fund will jointly invest in the subsidiary to facilitate redevelopment of one of its projects in the region.

The announcement did not identify the project or specify a completion date. The fund is a scheme of ICICI Prudential Real Estate AIF, a Category II alternative investment fund.

Management’s plans

Managing Director and CEO Harmohan Sahni said the investment would allow Raymond Realty to scale, improve capital efficiency and accelerate project timelines. Those are management’s stated aims rather than completed outcomes.
