Cahero Heritage introduced three gemstone security tokens on October 26, 2026, tied to emerald, ruby and sapphire collections with a combined appraised value of about $7.05 billion. The company said the assets are held in independent vault custody and each token is a security issued by a separate Delaware company.

Key Takeaways

  • The three gemstone collections were appraised as separate lots; their appraised values are not market values.
  • The emerald and ruby issuers have filed Form 1-A offering statements with the SEC.
  • One billion units of each token exist on Polygon, but the announcement does not establish that a secondary trading market is available.

How the gemstone security tokens are structured

EMRL.D is tied to The First Light, a collection of 136 natural cut emeralds. RUBY.D is anchored to a ruby collection called The Deep Fire, while SPHR.D is tied to a sapphire collection called The Still Water.

Each collection is held by its own issuing company, and each company has no other business, Cahero Heritage said. Alfonso Cahero, the group’s chairman and founder, founded and wholly owns all three issuers.

The group said the collections are held by an independent U.S. vault depository. It also said the Gemological Institute of America issues a report for each stone, while independent appraisals value each collection as a single lot.

ItemDetails
EMRL.D — Cahero Nytra Holding LLCEmerald collection appraised at $2,456,626,442.66.
RUBY.D — Cahero Korva Holding LLCRuby collection appraised at $2,345,836,133.44.
SPHR.D — Cahero Tryon Holding LLCSapphire collection appraised at $2,244,317,317.13.

Offerings and trading availability

Cahero Nytra Holding and Cahero Korva Holding have each filed an offering statement on Form 1-A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The announcement said the offerings proceed under Regulation A and Regulation D, and disclosed that no money or other consideration was being solicited.

A filing alone does not establish that an offering has been qualified by the SEC. The announcement did not say that the sapphire issuer had filed a Form 1-A or confirm that any of the tokens were available for secondary-market trading.

Cahero Heritage said one billion units of each token exist on the Polygon network as ERC-20 contracts. Although the tokens were designed for secondary-market access, the existence of tokens on-chain does not itself establish a trading venue or liquidity.
