Metro Manila weather was forecast to be somewhat hot on Sunday, October 25, 2026, with localized thunderstorms possible from the afternoon into the night, the Philippine weather agency Pagasa said.
Metro Manila weather and the Luzon forecast
In a 5 a.m. update, Pagasa weather specialist Obet Badrina said much of Luzon, including Metro Manila, could expect warm conditions, particularly in the morning.
Parts of the Bicol Region and Romblon had a higher chance of somewhat cloudy skies and scattered rain showers, he said.
Rain expected in other regions
For Palawan, Badrina forecast somewhat cloudy skies and a high possibility of rain associated with the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITCZ.
Much of the Visayas was also expected to have cloudy skies and scattered rain showers because of the ITCZ, especially Western Visayas and the Negros Island Region. Badrina also forecast cloudy skies, scattered showers and thunderstorms in parts of Mindanao, particularly its northern and western areas.
