Nebius stock rose more than 11% on October 27, 2026, leading a rebound in AI infrastructure shares after weeks of selling. CoreWeave and IREN each gained roughly 8%.

Nebius stock rebounds after a difficult month

Nebius shares had fallen roughly 30% over the prior month as investors weighed the cost of financing data-center expansion and the returns providers might earn on those investments.

The rebound followed Anthropic’s proposed IPO filing, which disclosed $16.3 billion in first-half 2026 revenue, nearly 14 times the year-earlier level, and substantial long-term commitments to computing infrastructure. The disclosures offered evidence of demand for AI computing, though they do not establish what caused the share-price moves.

Financing remains central to expansion

On October 22, Nebius announced a $3.5 billion financing facility from Citi to support its global capacity build-out. The company said the facility complements funding that includes customer prepayments and operating cash flow.

The facility has a 364-day maturity and initially carries interest at Term SOFR plus 2.75% a year, with the margin rising to a maximum of 3.50% and subject to other adjustments. Nebius said proceeds will support data-center development, GPU purchases and general corporate purposes.
