Meitu subscribers and third-quarter revenue
The Hong Kong-listed company presented the figures at its October 26, 2026 investor day. Paying subscribers to its productivity applications rose 18.3% year over year to 2.39 million as of September.
In its first-half results, Meitu reported 18.44 million paying subscribers as of June 2026. The September figure includes the 1.39 million net additions reported for the third quarter.

AI investment shifts toward established products
Management said it will gradually narrow its AI exploration and prioritize resources for core products that have demonstrated product-market fit. It plans to release additional strategic resources to innovative projects when their annual recurring revenue reaches US$2 million and US$5 million.
Meitu said Picchi’s latest net billings annual recurring revenue was close to US$1.4 million, while MVLAND’s was close to US$0.85 million. The MVLAND application is planned for launch in December 2026.
Productivity business expands overseas
As of September, annual recurring revenue for both Kaipai, aimed at mainland China, and Vmake Labs, aimed at international markets, had grown by more than 100% year over year, Meitu said.
Chief product officer Jianyi Chen said the company is moving beyond productivity tools toward marketing solutions that cover planning, content production, distribution and performance optimization.
