Vistin Pharma earnings fell in the third quarter of 2026 as a stronger Norwegian krone against the euro offset higher sales volumes. The company also declared an additional dividend of NOK 0.50 per share, payable in November.

Third-quarter revenue was NOK 108.4 million, compared with NOK 108.8 million a year earlier. Vistin said sales volume rose 13%, but the stronger krone against the euro affected revenue in local currency.

EBITDA fell to NOK 19 million from NOK 28 million in the third quarter of 2025, while net profit declined to NOK 11 million from NOK 18.5 million.

For the first nine months of 2026, revenue was NOK 321 million, down from NOK 342 million in the same period of 2025. Revenue was approximately flat on a currency-neutral basis. Nine-month EBITDA fell to NOK 68 million from NOK 88 million.

Dividend and balance sheet

Vistin had NOK 22 million in cash and no bank debt at the end of September. Its equity ratio was 78%. The board authorized the additional dividend under a mandate granted at the annual general meeting on May 20, 2026.

CEO Magnus Tolleshaug said year-to-date sales volumes were up 10%, or 420 metric tons, from 2025 as the company brought on new customer volumes to use manufacturing capacity. He also cited strong cash conversion in announcing the additional dividend.

The company scheduled a presentation and conference call for October 29. Its conference call invitation said a question-and-answer session would follow management’s discussion.
