SRX Global said on October 30, 2026, that it had approximately $34 million in cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and short-term U.S. Treasury bills, and was actively using its share repurchase program. The SRX Global buyback update did not disclose how many shares had been purchased.

SRX Global buyback terms

The program permits purchases of up to the lesser of 10 million shares or 50% of issued and outstanding common stock at any given time, with an aggregate purchase price capped at $20 million. The September consent agreement sets out those limits and a July 7, 2027, end date.

Future repurchases depend on market conditions, available capital and applicable legal requirements.

Balance sheet figures remain preliminary

SRX said it had no cryptocurrency exposure as of October 30. Its $34 million aggregate balance is preliminary and unaudited, and may change after accounting and reconciliation procedures.

The company cautioned that the figure is not its September 30 fiscal year-end balance and does not provide a complete picture of its financial condition.

Next milestone

SRX expects to report fiscal year-end results and file its Form 10-K in early December 2026. It also expects to disclose the number of shares repurchased and the average price paid for the fiscal year ended September 30.
