Anthropic IPO plans target a Nasdaq debut under the symbol ANT in the week of November 16, 2026. The proposed listing comes as the generative artificial intelligence company reports sharply higher revenue alongside a substantial net loss and plans for increased capital spending.

Anthropic IPO timetable remains a plan

As of October 26, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are leading the underwriting process, with Bank of America and Deutsche Bank among the other participating banks. The anticipated November debut is a planned timetable, not a completed listing.

Anthropic’s June 1 announcement of its confidential draft registration statement established an earlier step in the process. The company said an offering would depend on SEC review, market conditions and other factors, and that the share count and price had not been set at that stage. That announcement does not confirm the later listing timetable or financial figures.

Revenue growth accompanies substantial financing needs

Anthropic reported first-half 2026 revenue of $16.3 billion, compared with $1.2 billion a year earlier, and a net loss of $80.7 billion. Revenue growth therefore should not be read as evidence that the business has reached profitability.

The company plans to increase capital expenditures significantly and may seek additional financing sooner than expected. Those are prospective funding needs rather than financing already completed.

Anthropic does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future and has no major acquisition agreements in place. Its planned spending and potential need for further financing remain important considerations alongside the proposed share offering.
