Air Products dividend terms announced on October 26, 2026, set a quarterly payment of $1.81 per share, payable on February 8, 2027. Separately, the industrial-gas supplier has a previously announced plan to invest approximately $250 million in Arizona infrastructure serving semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging.
Air Products dividend payment scheduled for February
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on January 4, 2027. The ex-dividend date is also January 4, marking the eligibility cutoff for the February payment.
The declared distribution and the Arizona investment represent separate uses of capital: a cash return to shareholders and spending on infrastructure tied to a long-term customer agreement. The project remains a planned investment, rather than a completed expansion.
Arizona gas project supports semiconductor expansion
Air Products’ long-term semiconductor supply agreement calls for the company to build, own and operate new gas infrastructure in Arizona. The corporate announcement was published on October 13, before the dividend announcement, so the investment should not be treated as newly disclosed on October 26.
The customer, described as a leading semiconductor manufacturer, was not named. Planned equipment includes hydrogen generation units, carbon dioxide purification units and bulk systems for helium, hydrogen and carbon dioxide, alongside storage, analytical equipment and pipelines.
Air Products targets a phased start of supply but has not specified commissioning dates in the announcement. The company has served the electronics industry for more than 40 years, and its Chandler, Arizona facility has supported the Phoenix semiconductor industry since 1981. That existing operation also runs an ultra-high-purity nitrogen pipeline network serving customers across the greater Phoenix area.
Next milestone
The next scheduled shareholder milestone is the January 4, 2027 record date, followed by payment on February 8.
