Multitude Bank bonds are being considered for a potential euro-denominated issuance, parent company Multitude AG said on October 26, 2026. The bank has appointed two joint bookrunners to arrange fixed-income investor meetings beginning that day.
Multitude Bank bonds remain under review
The proposed securities would be floating-rate perpetual Additional Tier 1 capital bonds. Multitude said its wholly owned subsidiary is evaluating the issuance; it did not announce a completed sale.
The announcement did not specify an issuance size or a date for a potential transaction. The investor meetings form part of the bank’s assessment of the possible offering.
Bookrunners and bank profile
Pareto Securities AB and DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) have been mandated as joint bookrunners for the meetings.
Multitude Bank is a Malta-licensed credit institution that provides digital banking services, including savings, financing and payments, to individuals and businesses across Europe. Its parent, Multitude AG, is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
