Wesco guidance for full-year 2026 increased on October 29 after the distributor reported a 16.6% rise in third-quarter revenue. The company raised its forecasts for adjusted earnings per share, reported sales and organic sales growth.

Wesco guidance for 2026

Wesco International now expects adjusted earnings of $18.00 to $18.50 per share for 2026, up from its previous forecast of $16.00 to $17.50. It projects reported sales of $26.8 billion to $27.0 billion, compared with its earlier range of $25.9 billion to $26.3 billion.

The company also raised its full-year organic sales growth forecast to 13%–14% from 9%–11%. It expects fourth-quarter sales to increase by a low- to mid-teens percentage. These figures are forecasts, not completed results.

Third-quarter profit and revenue

Third-quarter revenue rose to $7.226 billion from $6.199 billion a year earlier, while organic sales increased 17%. In its second-quarter release, Wesco’s explanation of organic sales said the measure removes differences in foreign exchange rates and the impact from the number of workdays.

Net income increased to $267.8 million, or $5.43 per share, from $187.5 million, or $3.79 per share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings were $5.77 per share, up 47%.

Wesco shares were up 5.29% at $365.03 in premarket trading on October 29.
