RedotPay IPO plans reportedly include a confidential US filing by the end of 2026. The Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments company is considering that step alongside talks with investors about a potential pre-IPO funding round, as reported on October 26. Neither a completed filing nor an agreed funding round has been established.

RedotPay IPO discussions include pre-listing funding

The potential funding round could value RedotPay at between $4 billion and $5 billion. That range concerns a possible private financing, not a finalized valuation for a public share offering.

Earlier plans reported in February 2026 envisaged a New York listing that could raise more than $1 billion at a valuation exceeding $4 billion. JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Jefferies were reportedly working on the offering.

The latest timetable concerns a possible confidential filing, rather than a confirmed stock-market debut before year-end.

Company disputed earlier claims of a delay

In August 2026, reports described the listing as delayed amid regulatory hurdles and legal disputes involving Binance. RedotPay disputed that characterization, saying “there has been no deferral of our IPO” and that it was “continuing to work with our partners on the IPO process.”

Binance-affiliated companies sued RedotPay’s founders in August, seeking nearly $473 million in damages over allegations that they used confidential information to build a competing payments business and divert customers. RedotPay has denied the allegations and said it would vigorously defend the claims.

The company’s consumer offering includes card-related spending benefits. Its RedotPay Pro membership benefits include cashback on eligible Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases, plus ATM and card-fee waivers for eligible members. Those product features describe the operating business, not the status or terms of the proposed listing.
