AssetMark Hyderabad center brings work in-house
Named AssetMark Global Wealth, the global capability center marks a change in how the company operates in India. AssetMark has worked in the country through an outsourcing model for nearly a decade; the new center adds a dedicated in-house team.
The facility is equipped to house around 500 employees. That is its capacity, not a disclosed current headcount. AssetMark’s platform serves more than 10,000 financial advisors.
Technology and AI work
The Hyderabad team will work with US-based colleagues on technology and engineering initiatives across AssetMark’s platform. Joshi Alaparthi, vice president and head of the India center, leads the local team.
The work will include using artificial intelligence to improve advisor productivity and client service and expand engineering capabilities. AssetMark said human judgment would remain central to decision-making.
