Indore Comic Con will mark the festival’s first edition in Madhya Pradesh, with a two-day event scheduled for December 19–20, 2026, at the Brilliant Convention Centre.

Indore Comic Con plans

The event will open at 11 a.m. on both days and is set to include comics, anime, gaming, cosplay, merchandise and brand experiences. Creator interactions and artist showcases are also planned, with further programming to be announced before the event.

Indore is the fourth city newly added to Comic Con India’s calendar this season. The event is presented by Maruti Suzuki and powered by Crunchyroll.

NODWIN’s expansion

NODWIN Gaming, which acquired Comic Con India, is organising the event. Comic Con India CEO Shefali Johnson pointed to cosplay competitions, anime gatherings and community events in Indore and Bhopal as evidence of demand for a larger platform in the state.

NODWIN co-founder and managing director Akshat Rathee said the expansion forms part of the company’s goal of bringing fandom experiences to new markets. Comic Con India says its events draw more than 200,000 attendees nationally and claims a collective digital reach above 330 million.
