The Bollywood actor bought the apartment on July 17, 2018, for ₹7.61 crore and took possession in November 2019. The buyer paid ₹54 lakh in stamp duty on the sale.
The apartment is on the ninth floor of Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society. It has a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet, an exclusive area of 95.8 square feet and two covered parking spaces.
How the sale price compares
The ₹9 crore sale price was approximately 18.3% above the original purchase price, equivalent to a compound annual growth rate of around 2.12% over eight years.
