91Springboard expansion has added five premium workspace hubs across Chennai, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the National Capital Region, bringing more than 360,000 square feet and over 8,000 seats to its portfolio.
91Springboard expansion targets for FY27
The flexible workspace provider is targeting approximately 500,000 square feet of expansion in FY27, equivalent to around eight to 10 hubs and 11,000 to 12,000 seats, CEO Anshu Sarin said. The target includes the five newly launched hubs.
Two of the new hubs are in Chennai. The company also opened hubs at Prius Platinum in Saket, New Delhi, and DLF Epitome in Gurugram’s Cyber City.
Portfolio and fit-out pipeline
91Springboard manages approximately 2.1 million square feet across nine cities, with 49 hubs and 42,000 seats. Of that space, 1.75 million square feet is operational; the remaining 350,000 square feet is being fitted out and is expected to become operational by the next quarter.
Sarin said the company achieved its planned 500,000-square-foot expansion in FY26, and all assets added during that year are now operational.
