The Brazilian result was in the Interior and São Paulo Coast category of the 2026 Great Place to Work São Paulo ranking. It was separate from the broader Latin American ranking in which DP World placed 87th.

The company said it received Great Place to Work Certification across the region in 2025, following recognition in six countries in 2024.

How the recognition is assessed

Great Place to Work evaluates workplace environments using employee feedback, including assessments of trust, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.

The 2026 Latin American rankings drew on more than 2.4 million employee responses, representing approximately 4.5 million employees at participating organizations across more than 30 countries.

Morten Johansen, DP World’s CEO and managing director in the Americas, said the recognition reflected the culture built by its teams and the company’s focus on employee experience.
